The prices includes :

• Breakfast is provided between 7am and 10 am
• Room service (guest request)
• In season fruits
• All day tea and coffee are provided

House rules :

• Check-in time is 2pm and checkout time is 12pm
• There is a 48 hour cancellation notice
• For each room there is a maximum of 2 adults. (12 years plus is considered an adult)  If you wish to have younger children stay with you in your room and you would like an extra bed there is an extra charge
• As Seecreek has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms it is possible other couples/families will be in residence during your stay.  If you have any concerns about sharing please advise us
• The residence is nonsmoking except for on the terrace or in the gardens
• Not pets are allowed to be brought to See Creek
• Dogs are kept on the site (but not in the residence) and we do not encourage you to feed nor pet them
• As the residence is situated on a creek and has a pool care must be taken with young children
• Our Thai Kitchen and BBQ (not the Western Kitchen) are available for use if you would like to prepare your own meals.  This includes all standard utensils and crockery/cutlery.  Please inform us in advance if you would like to use these facilities
• If you would like to store food in our refrigerator we can make some space available or you may choose to bring your own cooler
• No food with strong smells or durian can be kept or prepared in the main residence
• To enhance your stay we can arrange a BBQ for you at an additional charge
